Boxcar Poetry Review - Issue 5
Winter is a season of change. We lay things to rest, contemplate mortality, watch the sky and the lights, and listen to the world reveal itself to us again. We wonder at small moments of beauty.
This issue begins with a pet funeral and ends with something beyond baseball. We are blessed once again with photography from Arthur Westover. A fantastic conversation between two first book poets: Kate Northrop and Alexander Long. Also a review of Kathryn Maris' The Book of Jobs.
In winter we draw close together with loved ones and find warmth and peace. Enjoy this season of endings and new beginnings to come.
